Great location, right in the heart of the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The hotel was strategically located in the center of the city, which made it easy to explore all the Christmas markets. Additionally, the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Finally, the friendly staff was always ready to assist and answer any questions.
The breakfast was quite limited, and we ended up having to go out to find something more substantial. The amenities offered, including the pool, were not as advertised, which was disappointing. Unfortunately, the breakfast options were quite limited, which made it difficult to start the day properly. Additionally, the amenities, such as the pool, were not as advertised, which was a letdown.

I loved the location - it was very convenient and central. It was right at the promenade and very close to the centre. I could easily go for a walk in the evenings and explore the city center. transportation was very accessible as well, and I could easily get to different parts of the city.

This hotel has a great location, just a few steps away from the city center and the promenade. the rooms have an excellent view and the facilities are decent. the service is amazing, the staff is very helpful and friendly.
The swimming pool was quite small, and the breakfast selection was limited.

The location was great and it was easy to get around. There were a few good things to enjoy during our Xmas stay, like the service, which was friendly and helpful. The lobby looked nice, which gave us some hope about the place.
The worst aspects of our experience at this hotel were many. The pool was small and there was no space for kids to play.
